New Music: Punch – “Kings”

In case you were wondering if the head honcho of Top Dawg Entertainment has bars, Punch lets loose on a freebie. In the past, Punch dropped bars on “Fear” and “Uninspired” but on “Kings” his smooth flow materializes over an equally smooth instrumental. Additionally, his storytelling rhymes are especially vivid — recollecting his early years as an adolescent. It’s a come up story that takes us to the present, which finds Punch with lots of swag like a “ball player.” Hit the jump to peep the loosie from the TDE president.
